Open Review Journal The concept and system
Jong Bhak
Abstract
ORJ is a concept proposed by Jong Bhak in 1995. Not the first at all. It has been perhaps practiced and suggested by many for thousands of years.
The idea is that any scientific paper is reviewed constantly by any type of reviewers. Scientists are free to publish(upload) openfreely. Anyone access the journal paper on or off-line and review it. People score the paper in various ways (such as 10 points maximum). A relatively new proposal is that the contents and contribution are public domain not by copyrighted by any of the authors. The authors do not claim any originality of the contents.
